T&M is pleased to announce that Paul Padilla has joined the company as Regional Director of Sport & Entertainment Security. In this role, Mr. Padilla will contribute to the strategic growth of this burgeoning T&M service offering and will lead consulting efforts with venues, sports teams, major special event planners and other organizations in the areas of safety and security, including screening and crowdflow management.

Prior to joining T&M, Mr. Padilla consulted for the New York Yankees, Major League Baseball's World Baseball Classic, the National Basketball Association's All Star Game and the re-opening of Manchester Arena following the 2017 terrorist attack at an Ariana Grande concert. He has recently led numerous Red Team assessments for the National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball and the National Football League franchises and related venues.

From 2007 to 2017, Mr. Padilla served as the Director of Security and Guest Services for Madison Square Garden, where he was instrumental in improving security screening processes and procedures and security personnel training. From 2001 to 2007, he was a Manager of Security Operations with Major League Baseball, where he served as liaison for stadium operations. He supervised and conducted ballpark and event security assessments and developed and implemented security plans for international sites. In addition, he coordinated and led security workshops for Major League Clubs that educated teams and ensured consistent application of operational procedures while promoting strong relations between the Clubs and Major League Baseball. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Padilla supported Yankee Stadium by providing overall management of security operations with a staff of approximately 200-250 security personnel.
