T&M Threat Assessments Leading Up to Inauguration

The 2020 Presidential Election and subsequent election-related riot at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 exposed the deep political divide that exists in the U.S. The good news is that a peaceful transfer of power took place on January 20th with the inauguration of President Biden and Vice President Harris. The bad news is that the U.S. remains in an elevated threat environment because of the political divide.

InaugurationT&M has closely followed the developments associated with the election, the Capitol riot, and the inauguration, and has produced threat assessment reports pertaining to these events. We think it is likely that political protests will continue on both the right and the left, and that the potential exists for violence at these events.
