Hugh Goulding joined T&M in June of 2023 and is the Director of our Safety & Security division. Hugh is responsible for the management and expansion of division operations and client protective services in the New England region.
Hugh is a former member of the U.S. Secret Service with more than 27 years of service. Hugh held several prominent positions including Supervisory Special Agent for Investigations and Executive Protection. Additionally, Hugh served at the United States Embassy in London as the Liaison Officer to the European Police Services, where he conducted transnational investigations and coordinated protective missions for the Secret Service.
He continued his career in the private sector, overseeing security and executive protection for an internationally known United States based biotechnology company where his responsibilities included fraud and product diversion investigations, government compliance, executive protection, and event security.
